Where can I site my hot tub? Hot tubs require a hard standing, flat concrete base or decking which should give adequate support for the tub. We do not recommend placing the hot tub on grass.

Are they expensive to run? Not at all, they cost approximately 75p - £1 per day including chemicals.

How are they delivered?The hot tub will be delivered flat on a special trailer, then mounted sideways on a spa dolly and wheeled onto the prepared base.

Are they for indoor or outdoor use? Hot tubs can be used indoors or outdoors but the majority are sited outdoors, what could be better then relaxing in your hot tub on a clear starry night
- Will I need chemicals?
Yes, you will need to add chemicals on a regular basis in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations
- Will I need to clean the filter?
Yes, it is extremely important that the filer is kept clean, depending on use it will need to be cleaned at least once a week. You can clean it with a high pressure hose or filter cleaner.
- How often do I need to change the water? You will need to change the water approximately every 10-12 weeks.
- Do the spas have a warranty?
Yes our spas are supplied with a warranty
- How do I look after my spa?
You must add the recommended dose of chemicals to the spa. Once a week check the PH of the water with a test strip and regularly clean the filter
- Can I take it with me if I move house?
Yes the spas are completely portable.
- What electrical supply is required?
A 30amp - 40amp supply is required.
- Can I install the electrical supply myself?
No a reistered electrician will need to visit and install a circuit breaker(fuse) to your electrical consumer unit, run a cable to your spa (armoured for outdoor use) and fit a waterproof plug and socket. A isolation switch will also need to be installed. Don't worry about this because it is no more complex or expensive than installing an outdoorwater feature or fountain.
